By uploading, posting, streaming, or submitting content to HIRA, you grant us a: Worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, adapt, and stream your content for platform operations, promotion, and services. You may delete content at any time; however, some copies may persist in backups or moderation logs.

Original Content Only
You must upload only content you own or have rights to.
The following are prohibited:

  • TV/movie clips, music you don't own rights to

  • Memes, reuploads, stolen content

  • Content using copyrighted materials without permission

 
 
6. Prohibited Content & Conduct
Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

  • Nude/sexual content or sexual exploitation

  • Violence, gore, hate speech, bullying, harassment

  • Terrorism, extremism, or dangerous acts

  • Fraud, spam, impersonation, bots

  • Attempts to manipulate votes or engagement

  • Illegal activity or encouragement of illegal behavior

We may remove content or accounts that violate these rules.
 
7. Creator Monetization & Payouts
Monetization eligibility:

  • Minimum 500 active user followers/supporters

  • Verified account & compliance with platform rules

  • Valid payout method (bank/financial channel as announced)

 
Payments will be processed through authorized payment systems.
Payout schedule and currency may vary by region.
HIRA may adjust monetization rules at any time.
 
8. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

By purchasing digital services, you agree:

  • No refunds for digital services unless required by law 

  • Refunds may apply only to certain gift-based purchases or as mandated by applicable regulations

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

 
You are responsible for charges incurred on your account.

Purpose

HIRA is a global creative and entertainment platform.
To maintain a safe, fair, and positive environment, all users must follow these guidelines.

Violation of these guidelines may result in:

1. Respect & Safety

You must not:

  • Bully, harass, threaten, or abuse others
     

  • Encourage self-harm or harm to others
     

  • Discriminate or promote hatred based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, or another protected category
     

  • Engage in stalking, doxxing, or harassment
     

We enforce zero tolerance for harassment.

 

2. Original Content Only

Allowed:

  • Original performances
     

  • Original creative content
     

  • Original talent showcases
     

  • Original commentary / skit content (non-infringing)
     

Prohibited:

  • TV clips, movies, music you don’t own rights to
     

  • AI-generated content misrepresenting real people
     

  • Memes you don’t own or license
     

  • Reposted content from any platform
     

  • Copyrighted media (music/videos/logos)
     

Only upload content you created and own.

 

3. No Sexual or Exploitative Content

Not allowed:

  • Nudity or sexual content
     

  • Sexual content involving minors (immediate permanent ban)
     

  • Sexual solicitation, pornography, fetish content
     

  • Suggestive or sexualized behavior targeting minors
     

PG-13 environment applies.

 

4. Violence / Dangerous Behavior

Not allowed:

  • Graphic violence or gore
     

  • Physical fights
     

  • Depictions of serious injury or abuse
     

  • Weapons or violent threats
     

  • Encouragement of dangerous challenges or stunts
     

Entertainment / talent content only — no harm content.

 

5. Fraud & Platform Integrity

Not allowed:

  • Fake profiles or impersonation
     

  • Vote manipulation or automated interactions
     

  • Bot activity
     

  • Fraudulent engagements
     

  • Scams, phishing, financial fraud
     

Creators who cheat lose monetization eligibility permanently.

 

6. Hate Speech & Extremism

Prohibited:

  • Terrorist or extremist content
     

  • Hate groups or propaganda
     

  • Content supporting violent ideologies
     

  • Recruitment or extremist symbols
     

 

7. Illegal or Harmful Activities

Not allowed:

  • Drug sales or promotion
     

  • Underage alcohol or tobacco content
     

  • Illegal acts
     

  • Exploitation, trafficking, or unsafe conduct
     

  • Gambling or betting promotions (without approval)
     

 

8. Privacy & Personal Information

You must not post:

  • Someone’s private info without permission
     

  • Phone numbers, addresses, IDs, financial info
     

  • Hidden camera recordings
     

 

9. Music & Audio Rights

Only use music that:

  • You created
     

  • You own
     

  • You licensed
     

  • Is provided by HIRA in the future music library (if added later)
     

Unauthorized audio = removal.

 

10. Respect for HIRA Shows & Programs

As HIRA launches competitive shows (Vivus, Diamond Show, Football Show):

Users must:

  • Follow official show rules
     

  • Not manipulate votes or audience participation
     

  • Not defame or sabotage the show, participants, or staff
     

  • Respect participant safety
     

Participation in shows = separate agreement required.

 

11. Content Eligibility for Monetization

To earn on HIRA:

  • Content must be compliant with these rules
     

  • Minimum 500 engaged followers
     

  • Consistent, original creativity
     

  • No prior serious violations
     

HIRA may remove monetization rights anytime for rule violations.

 

12. Reporting & Moderation

We may moderate content by:

  • Automated detection systems
     

  • Human review
     

  • Community reporting system
     

Users can report:

  • Abuse
     

  • Copyright violations
     

  • Harmful content
     

False or malicious reporting may result in penalties.

13. Enforcement Rights

HIRA may take action at its discretion, including:

  • Shadow banning or visibility reduction

  • Revocation of earnings
     

We enforce rules proactively and without obligation to notify in all cases.

 

14. Appeals

Introduction

HIRA respects intellectual property rights and expects all users to do the same.
This Copyright & Takedown Policy explains how copyright owners can report unauthorized use of their protected works on the HIRA platform (“Platform”), including the website and mobile applications.

By using HIRA, you agree to comply with this Policy, along with the Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.

Users retain ownership of original content they upload to HIRA.

However, users must ensure that all uploaded content:

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized representative) and believe your rights are being violated on HIRA, you may submit a takedown request to: Hira App - Report - iP.


Subject: Copyright Takedown Request

Your request must include:

  1. Full name and contact information
     

  2. Description of the copyrighted work being infringed
     

  3. URL(s) or direct links to the infringing content
     

  4. Proof of ownership or authorized rights
     

  5. A declaration that: You believe in good faith that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Failure to include required details may delay processing.

 

Repeat Infringer Policy

Users who repeatedly upload or engage in copyright violations may face:

  • Permanent account removal
     

  • Disqualification from creator programs
     

  • Forfeiture of pending earnings
     

HIRA reserves the right to disqualify accounts immediately if violations are severe.

 

Counter-Notification Process

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may file a counter notice including:

  • Charges, conversion fees, or banking delays
     

  • Failed payouts caused by third-party institutions
     

 

Earnings & Fraud Prevention

Strictly prohibited activities:

  • Fake engagement (bots / purchased followers)
     

  • Vote manipulation
     

  • Multi-account abuse
     

  • Money laundering or illegal financial activity
     

  • Impersonation or identity falsification
     

If monetization fraud is detected, HIRA may:

Disputes

Disputes relating to monetization must include identity verification and supporting documentation.

2. Eligibility

Users must:

Have a valid HIRA account
 

Be 18+ and identity-verified to withdraw money
 

Live in a region where HIRA supports withdrawals
 

✔ India: Withdrawal available
✔ UK & other regions: Points earned, withdrawals not active yet

 

3. Valid Referrals

A referral is considered valid when:

✔ The referred user signs up using your referral code
✔ The account is verified & passes fraud checks
✔ The referral completes a 30-day pending period

Referral codes must be applied during signup — cannot be added later.

Google/Apple sign-ins must also manually enter the code.

 

4. Points & Reward Structure

  • 50 points (₹5 INR value) per valid referral

  • New user earns

  • 25 points (₹2.5 INR value) one-time

  • Unlimited referrals allowed.

  • 🔓 Progressive Earning Bonus

After completing one successful withdrawal, referrer rewards increase to:

100 points (₹10 INR) per referral

 

5. Cash-Out Requirements

  • Minimum withdrawal threshold: 1,000 points = ₹100 INR

  • Withdrawal regions: India only (UPI / Indian bank accounts)

  • UK + global users: Can collect points now Withdrawals activate once legal compliance opens.

User is responsible for accurate payout details.

 

6. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

Prohibited:

  • Multiple accounts per person
     

  • Using same device/IP for multiple signups
     

  • Automated or fake profiles
     

  • Paid referrals / spam
     

  • Any manipulation of referral milestones
     

HIRA may:

  • Remove invalid points
     

  • Reverse or deny payouts
     

  • Hold points up to 90 days if fraud is suspected
     

  • Permanently ban cheaters & forfeit earnings
     

  • Criminal fraud may be reported to authorities.

 

7. Expiration & Changes

Pending points may expire after 90 days if referral becomes invalid
 

Reward & conversion rates may change anytime
 

Program availability may vary by country
 

HIRA may suspend or modify the Program at its sole discretion.

 

8. Taxes

Users must comply with tax laws in their region.

India withdrawals may require PAN or tax information.

 

9. Disclaimers

Points have no cash value until eligible & successfully withdrawn.
 

Technical issues or delays do not create liability for HIRA.
 

Program access does not grant monetization eligibility.
